- Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
3. Nature of Service (Direct Invest in the Company Policy)
- Self-Directed: This is a "Self-Investment" platform. All investment decisions are made solely by you.
- Informational Purposes: Any Calculation, charts, or analysis provided in the App are for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional financial, tax, or legal advice.
- Guarantee: We guarantee of fixed profits or the performance of all investment. All investments carry no risk, including the possible loss of principal.
4. Financial Disclosures & Fees
- Fee Transparency: ANo any applicable fees (transaction fees, subscription costs, or maintenance fees) are clearly disclosed in the (Withdraw/ Cancel) section of the App.
- In-App Purchases: All digital payments are processed through the Payment Gateway System unless an exemption applies for regulated financial services.
- Third-Party Costs: You are not responsible for any charges incurred by your bank or network provider (Excluding withdraw).
5. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any illegal financial activities or money laundering.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer or "scrape" market data from the App.
- Provide false or misleading information during the registration process.
- Use automated bots to execute invest unless specifically permitted via official API.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, logos, UI designs, and proprietary algorithms are the sole property of Amarpali Services Limited. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial use.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Amarpali Services Limited shall be liable for:
- Financial losses resulting from your investment decisions.
- Technical delays, system outages, or "slippage" in market data.
- Unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to secure your device.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the security of the App.
9. Privacy & Data
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. As per Google Play norms, we do not access sensitive permissions (like contacts or SMS) unless strictly necessary for the App's core functionality.
