To initiate a request for transactions, please provide:

  1. Transaction ID
  2. Date of Transaction
  3. Reason for Refund
  4. Registered Mobile Number

Send these details to Support@amarpali.in. Our team will acknowledge your request within 24 hours and provide a resolution within 7–10 business days.

5. Grievance Redressal

In accordance with the RBI Integrated Ombudsman Scheme, if your concern is not resolved within 30 days, you may escalate the matter to our Nodal Officer at Amarpali.legal@gmail.com.
